Soooo.... a few things to mention.
1.) I think I might need to stick with more flat/monotone/palette-specific colors with these comics. As much as there would be parts where I would want to do elaborate shading, it would be too much for me to keep up with the schedule I have set for myself- particularly combined with the style of linework I've been using.
2.) In playing around with the coloring, I've been also thinking of adopting that "hipster/tumblr artist" style of reddening the nose. I know it's a stylization that people either love or hate, but I've personally really like how it looks. If anyone has any constructive feedback for how it looks or how to integrate it better into the style I have, I wouldn't mind hearing it.
3.) Raleigh's secret- vampirisim. :I
I like the red-nose effect here. Kind of makes it look like Raleigh is a heavy drinker. Also really like the disheveled and lived-in look of their living quarters.
